Amazing
I rented a car from this location on May 18th and it had a chipped windshield and was overall not in the best condition. Fast forward to today, and I just got a bill for $444.00 saying I damaged the windshield. This is absolutely NOT okay. Please contact me ASAP to address this. May 18, Jessie Jones, Toyota Van rented from your location with a cracked windshield and returned at the Tampa Airport.
Awful experience from this place. I strongly discourage anyone from going here.
