If I could do a zero stars I would. After a full day of travel SIMON there at the counter said his system was down/ buffering Tried 3 of my credit cards said ooops sorry cant do anything?! I was even desperate offered to pay cash I was stranded at airport and SIMON didn’t care at all. Was a pathetic excuse for a car rental desk Its NOT MY FAULT YOUR SYSTEM WAS DOWN! Couldn’t even talk with manager zero stars
