No way I would ever return here! The horrible owner was soulless! He refused to take my valid USBank debit card as payment b/c it was a temporary card that didn't have a chip in it but that's what banks give when you're waiting for a new card. Then I explained that I was dropped off and now stranded and his response was "you can't put that on me." The guy wasn't ready with my car. So I couldn't just hand him my driver's license and he hand me the keys as stated with membership. And when I had to extend customer service was not helpful at all and couldn't extend when she should have. Hence I was charged a late fee of $40 which again customer service was of no help and said the charge was correct but did nothing about the service man being late with my pick up. Really poor rental policy
They suck.
