Very disappointed. Went through everything online to get a car rental, went through the online precheck list and everything, then I get there and they say 'oh we have no car for you, sorry' didnt try and make it right. Didn't try and do anything for me. Poor customer service. Even worse attitudes.
On December 13, I had to return a car as my contract was up and I wanted to rent another vehicle that was all-wheel-drive because of these winter conditions and Nicole with Budget was awesome in helping me and very helpful and accommodating And got me into the perfect vehicle for the next month. Thank you, Nicole and Budget and I will continue to use you guys in Traverse City.
Matt the night agent at Avis budget Rent-A-Car in Traverse City, Michigan waited an extra hour for our late arriving plane and was absolutely wonderful and getting us a car really appreciate his extra effort. I love budget rent a car.
Very disappointed in our experience. We rented a Premium SUV for a trip to Kansas City and back for Thanksgiving. We live a hour and half away from Traverse City. I called 3 hours before picking up the vehicle and they said everything was good to go. When we got there they told us they didn't have a Premium SUV available and we had to get a minivan. Awful. Overbooked my rental, still charged me. Mmm are me jump through hoops for over an hour....mThey will ruin your plans.
