Our story is too long but wasn’t the best start to a 7 day vacation with 6 people and no rental car due to long lines and an important event to get to when we landed. Erin at the budget rental desk was so kind when I came back to the airport to figure things out the next day. She was able to secure a large vehicle for us and saved our vacation! Our week would have been a disaster without her!

I thought the process was so simple and easy, until I was charged ~$200 in fees including a fuel charge for “not bringing the vehicle back full” even though I filled it less than a minute before drop off. When I dropped the keys off at the kiosk, I even asked “do I need to do or provide anything else”, and the worker simply said “you put the keys over there? You don’t need to do anything else”. Our flight was delayed until the next day after we had dropped our car off. They were able to get us back into a car in less than 5 min! Great customer service!

We had a rental allocated to us but were told that we were unable to pick it up after our flight. They gave us reason after reason for why they were unable to rent to us as we tried to fix the issues. At the end we had to spend money on an uber ride so we weren’t stranded at the airport. Niceness doesn’t equal good service, I’d recommend any other rental company before stooping down to budget.
