Very disappointed in our experience. We rented a Premium SUV for a trip to Kansas City and back for Thanksgiving. We live a hour and half away from Traverse City. I called 3 hours before picking up the vehicle and they said everything was good to go. When we got there they told us they didn't have a Premium SUV available and we had to get a minivan. Awful. Overbooked my rental, still charged me. Mmm are me jump through hoops for over an hour....mThey will ruin your plans.
If I could put 0 I would…. They will tell you there is no extra cost for the mileage But then after you return the car, you will be surprised that your account jumped by 800 something dollar And then they will say well it was on the contract so we have to pay that Go Rent-A-Car with a different company
When you will return the car, some extra charges will appear that you wasn't aware Rent a car from a different company give yourself a favor
