I'd give 0 stars if possible. Not only was I charged a cleaning fee of $200 for returning a vehicle in a condition that would need the standard vacuuming and washing that is to be expected prior to renting a vehicle, but I have wasted over an hour of time, between multiple calls, on the phone with their 800 number only to be left more frustrated. Mark was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met at a car rental. Even though I reserved my car same day/last minute, he was quick to get my paperwork completed and get me out to my car. Thanks for making my day a little better!!

Got exactly the vehicle I needed and was charged as expected, which is all someone can really hope for. The Expedition I rented worked flawlessly, and was comfortable for all 7 of us. Mike at the counter was super helpful, and was able to answer the few questions I had about drop off and charges before taking the vehicle. I'd definitely recommend this rental location over others I've used.
