This was, without a doubt, the single worst car rental experience I have ever had. The Anchorage Budget branch is run by incompetent, condescending, and predatory agents who wasted hours of our vacation. The Issues: Ignored Flight Delay: Our flight was 4 hours late. Despite the booking agent (Alaska Car Rental) providing our flight number for tracking, the Budget agents marked us as a "no-show" and gave away our reserved cars.
