Do Not Come Here!!! I made a reservation for a truck days in advance and when I showed up they did not have the vehicle I reserved. Conveniently they offered me a smaller truck for the same price. They are shady and will mess up your day they are scammers. Avoid this location at all cost .

If only I could give a sub-zero star ... this is the worst Avis-Budget car rental office ever. They gave me a dirty car with no tread on the front tires. It was clearly unsafe and illegal. When I booked another reservation a couple months later, they made no attempt to provide the vehicle size I selected and never let me know they had no economy, compact, intermediate or standard car available even though the reservation was booked 3 weeks in advance. They overcharged me on my rental. When I pointed out the mistake to the staff in this office, he blatantly refused to acknowledge the mistake or correct the bill. He told me I will have to go through budget to get this correctly. Absolutely horrible service. I will never rent from this office again..
