I should’ve listened to the other reviews on here before booking!!! Do NOT book here. They will tell you one thing on the phone, and the case will be the complete opposite. I ended up having to completely cancel after hearing incorrect information.
Ayana was wonderful! I needed to rent a car due to an emergency, and in my hurry, I didn't look over the vehicle properly! Upon returning, Ayana noticed a large scratch that I missed! She checked the records and saw it was noted when it happened, which was a big relief to me! Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness!
Worst possible customer service. Inefficient. Rude. Late for pickup and drop off. Did not go over contract terms. Was charged 5x rental rate for in state trip mileage. Extremely long line. Wish they wore name tags or introduced themselves so I could call out the young man in the hat and glasses who should be fired.
I wish that all of my encounters were this great! The woman running the front desk is amazing! And less than an hour after I dropped my rental off Zach called to let me know that my son left his earphones (Beats) in the car and that they’d be safely at the desk until we could pick them up. This team made the process easy and pain free. I’ll definitely be back!
