If I could I will 0. Don't make your reservation at this location. Very unprofessional staff. I made a reservation to pick up on 07/11. I went to location to pick my car. Person at front desk told me that there was only one car available at the location at premium SUV and I made reservation for premium SUV as well, but he told me that it is already on contact and he was asking me to wait till evening to pick up another if anyone may or may not drop it off.
