The one star is for the customer service folks at Budget who have been sympathetic, if not helpful. I was completely shocked to find that Budget would deem this 16’ truck that they rented for me for $4200 for a cross-country move road-worthy at all. As you can see in my photos, when I first went to fuel up, some 300 miles from home, not only did I find the gas inlet to be held together with a zip tie, packing tape, and perhaps some prayers, but the techs who did the final top-off of the fuel into this completely unsafe setup... read more
Very unprofessional manager. They charged me double and extra days.. I requested refund couple times and they said sorry about the inconvenience and manager made a mistake and he will fix it. It is been almost 2 weeks no action. I visited the location and called couple times but issue hasn’t fixed.Salesperson was helpful but management sucks
If I could give them 0 stars I WOULD ! I do NOT recommend!! Made a reservation and the morning of I called to confirm and the guy was very rude said there was no cars available for today, maybe tomorrow it will be ready. Called customer service they “transferred my reservation to the one in Palm Springs for the inconvenience. I called to make sure my reservation was booked and they told me it was canceled. Had a quick, easy pick up yesterday. Booked thru Priceline for the day and got a brand new Subaru with a sunroof! The guy at the desk was friendly at efficient. I will rent from here again.
