They were so accommodating at this location. Friendly service. With so many other locations, that has not always been the case, but they were so awesome here. Would definitely rent from here again!
would not recommend this rental establishment there is to many in frederick very rude showed no empathy lack of hospitality rental office is a dark dungeon gave me a dirty car with no care when i spoke about it said that could rinse it off with a hose i needed a complete cleaning inside and out a hose rinse would leave water marks i took it to have it cleaned inside and out for my trip i had planned out of state. i guess its budget for a reason. i rent plenty of cars my first and last from you budget shame on you. i went thr... read more

Terrible service at this location. Miguel was very rude. Reserved a mid size car, they gave me a compact. The car was very dirty and had a bad smell. Returned the vehicle a few days early and they removed my weekly rate and charged me a higher daily rate.
