Terrible service at this location. Miguel was very rude. Reserved a mid size car, they gave me a compact. The car was very dirty and had a bad smell. Returned the vehicle a few days early and they removed my weekly rate and charged me a higher daily rate.
I have had a great experience renting a car with Budget at Frederick MD, they were able to accommodate my needs even last minute with no reservation, I got a good price and a good car to move around for a week. The staff is very professional and courteous all the time. I will definitely come back next time I need a car, and also I recommend this location. A+++++
