I have had a great experience renting a car with Budget at Frederick MD, they were able to accommodate my needs even last minute with no reservation, I got a good price and a good car to move around for a week. The staff is very professional and courteous all the time. I will definitely come back next time I need a car, and also I recommend this location. A+++++
We were given a vehicle that was not well cleaned and made funny sounds from DC Budget, after finding out there was something hanging to the ground under the vehicle we took it to the nearest Budget for an exchange the next morning, enter the Frederick Budget, the customer service was phenomenal. The young man who helped us greeted us immediately, he was understanding and empathetic and did everything he could to help us get into another vehicle even though their inventory was low. I cannot thank him or this location enough ... read more
Too many people trying to pick up their rental but only 2 people to help at the desk. Service was rude, inpatient and condescended to customers.
Great, friendly staff and a very nice, clean rental car!
