Our experience with budget was courteous and friendly service, knowledgeable staff and provided a great vehicle for our needs!
This review is Budget overall but Jennifer at this location turned a really disappointing experience into a truly horrible one. The vehicle we were provided broke down just 60 minutes into our reservation while we were driving on a major highway. I was left with my two small children in a car that was barely pulled off the road, in temperatures of 99 degrees, with no power, no AC, and windows that wouldn’t work. Great counter relationship. Very professional and friendly. The car did fine but let me tell you that back window is small. Kia cannot remember the model. Handled great in severe thunderstorms. Do not press the triangle button I thought was hazards. The car started calling road side assistance. Lol was like wth? Budget always gets me going. Thanks budget.
the worst place ever to rent a car.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Rented a car and paid for it before hand. Got there and they wouldn’t take my debit card (my PayPal BUSINESS DEBIT CARD - Mastercard) so had to switch to my mother being the one on the reservation then denied her credit (71 year old woman who doesn’t have credit cards) then said there was nothing else they could do.
