Most trouble we have ever had with a car rental company. We’ve used Budget in the past with no issues. We couldn't use my husband credit card since we used my drivers license. They names had to be the same. The desk attendant was rude and not helpful. Made us go away from desk and cancel reservation twice.
So I'll be the one to throw this staff and location a 5 star review, they took care of me immediately, it was painless, I forgot my credit card in the card, I sprinted out there to grab it while it was storming on, no fault but my own, in flip flops I wouldn't recommend, but I would recommend Budget, everyone claims these horrible experiences and I cannot speak on that. But what I can speak on is the very personable staff there. The car was nice, everything was as good as can be.

I had a Very SERIOUS family emergency that I needed to rent a vehicle to get to, out of state and even though I had paid entirely for the car and insurance prior to going, had a valid DL with no points, more than substantial proof of established residence here and several other forms of Identification, when I got there they refused to rent me the vehicle all because I didn't have a MAJOR credit card.
