I’ve had consistently positive experiences at this Budget location. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and the cars are always clean and well-maintained.

This airport is very small. All rental counters are in a row together. There was a short line for Budget when we arrived. Took about 15 min total to get to us. The gal was very friendly and had our reservation ready to go when it was our turn. My friends and I rented a mini van. It was in great condition and very clean. NO FASTBREAK at this location due to it being so small and the parking lot is not secure. Keys are given out at the counter and you return to the same counter. I really hate bad customer service. The representative helping me between 10:30–11:30 a.m. on 07 DEC was short with me and didn’t apologize for any of the issues the company may have caused. I received no guidance about where to drop off my car, whether to keep my keys, getting the mileage, or going to the front desk for a receipt. When I asked the lady for a receipt, she just said, “Keys.” I told her I left them in the car because no one gave me any instructions. I really wouldn’t even give them one star!!! Horrible return on a rental that we only used for approximately 7 hours. My wife received an email 2 weeks after return stating they are going to charge our credit card $269.00 for damages done to window when there were no damages at all when we returned it. No one came out to the inspect vehicle when we returned it, just told us to drop off keys at front desk. Do not rent from here! I was overcharged. The reservation was made through QEEQ and I was quoted $153.41. When I picked up the car the paperwork also said $153.41. When I dropped off the car I noticed I was overcharged and they billed me $570.96. I was already checked in for my flight and couldn’t return to the rental desk so I called Budget. They tried to tell me because I picked up the car at 12:45pm instead of 12pm - just 45 minutes difference - which you can’t necessarily control with flights - that is why I was charged ... read more
