We know the brand is Budget but is the attitude on the budget as well??? Because today, at about 12:29 the 2 older ladies at the front (African American with braids and Caucasian) and the old bald headed white guy in the parking lot (who needs to stay out of ppl face and stop rushing them and asking a bunch of damn questions) had the nastiest attitude like we as customers didn’t know any better about the military process of renting a damn car. If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is an absolute joke and will leave you stranded especially if you prepay for your rental.

I’ve had consistently positive experiences at this Budget location. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and the cars are always clean and well-maintained.

This airport is very small. All rental counters are in a row together. There was a short line for Budget when we arrived. Took about 15 min total to get to us. The gal was very friendly and had our reservation ready to go when it was our turn. My friends and I rented a mini van. It was in great condition and very clean. NO FASTBREAK at this location due to it being so small and the parking lot is not secure. Keys are given out at the counter and you return to the same counter.
