The truck was disgusting it hadn't been cleaned for a while. There was dog hair everywhere and pieces of food throughout the cab. If I had it to do over again I would not use Budget truck rental.

Do not use this location (or Budget trucks). Renting a truck and after standing in line for a while was told to step aside and wait for a bunch for car rentals to be processed first. Once finally getting helped the clerk literally ripped the paper contract out of my hands and threatened to cancel the truck when I asked clarifying questions about the mileage. Wish i could leave less stars, there was a family of roaches living in the car i rented and it smelled like rotten eggs - horrible customer service as well

If could give a zero would! Do not waist your time! When I arrived at 2pm, there were 10 people waiting outside and no one in the store! After waiting 30 minutes, someone finally showed up. I had a confirmation number and email but I was told that they didn’t have enough cars for me!!! People in line ahead of me had issues with being charged extra on their bills and cars being dirty and not full of gas also!
