Veronica came through in a pinch and was very helpful renting a car last minute!
I ordered a car online for pick up and when we get there they say that they don’t have any cars available and only have 1 truck. When I asked if they would honor the same price I ordered for the car with the truck they told me it would be more money. I asked why this was the case considering this was their mess up not mine, they told me that I would have to pay more since I was getting the truck not the car. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They gave us a truck that should’ve been decommissioned to drive from Nc to Washington state. Driver side window didn’t seal so anytime it rained driver got soaked. Check engine light was on, gas tank leaked, back tires constantly needed air to keep going. Roadside was no help because we would’ve had to wait days for them to get to us. Trying to talk to anyone about this has been a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else else. Unprofessional and dangerous
Renting from Naomi and Veronica was fast great help went smoothly they was so helpful and went out they way too make sure my experience was amazing I highly recommend renting from them
