Terrible experience all around. The website is junky, the customer service is absolutely atrocious and not helpful in any way, and the car we rented came to us damaged and dirty (without proper inspection beforehand either). There was an issue with the initial booking of our vehicle and customer service said the only work around was to cancel the booking and start over. Dude at the counter doesn’t know his head from his feet. Showed up 30 minutes late, shop is a mess. Customer service and reservation departments over the phone are intentionally unhelpful. The only reason to rent here is their 7 am open time (which their employees will be late for), but the rates are easily $200 higher than most other locations in town. $200 more dollars to be treated like a roach lol, rent anywhere else.

We had booked a car rental reservation for a midsize SUV. Once we showed up, they had a single sedan available and were not able to adjust our pricing on the spot if we agreed to take that vehicle. Ended up having to book another reservation at a nearby location for a midsize SUV where the price was more than the original reservation and they didn’t open for another 2 hours after our original pickup time. Don’t make a reservation system if you don’t honor reservations.
Do NOT return your truck here! I tried to return it on time and they were closed and had their key drop box taped up so it couldn’t be used. I called customer service and they said i wouldn’t be charged for a late return. I came back the next day and they charged me $260! Return your truck literally anywhere else! And why was the key drop box taped up, anyway?
