Terrible service for the black lady.
Had a great experience renting from this location and Kim even walked us to our pre-paid vehicle to ensure we were aware of minor dents/scratches prior to driving off the lot. Quick, painless experience. I’d rent from here again in the future. Prices are great and customer service was amazing! Kim also gave us some great food recommendations over in Hackensack. Thanks again, Kim!
