Just went to pick up the car that I reserved and they said they don't have a car. Sorry. Out of luck.That's it. Better luck next time!?!
Maintenance required halfway during our road trip. Called customer service they said to take it to the nearest location. Went to the nearest location only to be told they had no vehicles and I had to drive 2+ hrs to the Gresno airport for an exchange. So I tried calling another location and no one answered for 2 days. Our 2nd stop in Vegas I called a nearby location only to be told I had to go the Vegas airport for an exchange. I'm not going to waste half a day to do that drove 18+ hrs home with maintenance required on dash.... read more
