Budget Car Rental was a pleasant surprise! Booked last-minute in Seattle and got a clean, reliable compact for under $40/day including taxes. Pickup was quick (under 10 min), car had plenty of gas, and drop-off was painless with no sneaky fees. Solid value, friendly staff—would rent again without hesitation. Highly recommend for budget travelers!
Charged me 20$ for gas, even though I fillled it up 2 blocks away before I returned it.
My dad's car is getting worked on so he needed a rental for a week in the meantime. I rented a moving truck from this location a little over a year ago and had an overall good experience. We made the reservation and paid online. I was careful to check the payment terms for the deposit that would need to be paid on site, it clearly states "debit cards are accepted". Was informed that the card i used to pay for a rental was rejected by the POS machine. I don't know what the deal is but i felt like this was intentional? Maybe due to an old rental that wasn't fully clean when we brought it back.. if it was so my apologies
