Want to say thank you to the woman working on Sunday September 7. My parents had a reservation at another place where they were told no cars available. My Dad is going through cancer treatment and were in a car wreck. They needed a vehicle really bad and this woman treated them so nice and got them a car rite away. Thanks again.
Pretty rude and uncomfortable helpful
Showed up today to pick up my vehicle and was told there are no available cars. I had scheduled my rental days in advance. This is not the first issue I have had but now I am out of a rental vehicle. I was offered vouchers however that is of no use to me as I am leaving the country.
