I rented a car yesterday to return at 9am today. To save money, I was going to return that car today and rent another to drop off at Seattle airport Budget. I prepaid for both of these cars. Went today at 9am and the store wasn't opened yet. Called corporate and left at 945. I have called there 10 times today to see if they are open and no one is answering. Corporate not helpful either. I guess I will just drive this car to Seattle, but not sure what will happen. Do NOT rent from here. Zero stars if I could.
Scheduled drop off for 9am during business hours. Place was empty and locked up, hand written sign on the door said "sorry, closed early at 2:30p" so obviously have been gone since at least yesterday but the inside of the office looks like it's been vacant for months and there's trash everywhere. There is a key drop but no envelopes. Have been on hold with Budget now for an hour and not getting any help, just keep getting transferred. Reserved a medium car for gas mileage. They gave me a 4 Runner. With half the mileage. I asked for a smaller car because there were a few out there and was refused. The car was dirty inside and out. Filthy and gross. Use someone else if you can.

My husband and I got a rental here. Upon arriving everything went smoothly. When getting the car, it was absolutely disgusting. Was not clean at all. The gas light was on, barely got us to the gas station. When we had asked about the gas they said that we have to fill it. We decided to return the car 2 days earlier than what we had booked.
