Such a horrible experience. Nobody knew what they were doing. They charged $470 one week, $223 the 2nd week, and $570 the 3rd week. 2nd week we extended they tried to charge us a late fee and we weren't even late returning the and tried to tell us we rented for the max time which we hadn't. Then when we did return the car they told us everything was all set only to see a $1,000 charge after the car was returned and we never received our deposit back. Will never rent through them again.

I had a confirmed reservation for a rental car due to an emergency and drove 90 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, I was told they had no car available, despite the confirmation. The employee claimed she had tried to "call me all morning", but the only call I received was just 4 minutes before my pickup time—while I was already in the parking lot about to walk inside.
