The staff was quick. But the car was filled with rubbish and dirt.
Summary: 5-star personnel (Miguel at Mira Mar, Jag at Rancho Cordova. 1-star equipment….The staff at the Budget Mira Mar facility were very helpful. I reserved a Cargo Van for a Sunday morning pickup for a one way trip to Rancho Cordova. Saturday I got a call saying there was a problem with the Sunday pickup. Van was either stolen or on its way to New York. Maybe both. Several calls by staff to other locations but no Van could be found. One was coming in Monday morning so fortunately that was a good solution. Or so I thought... read more
