Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful from the start. Pricing was inconsistent and kept changing without explanation — we were told over the phone that the deposit would be $150, then it became $175 at the counter, and ended up being $180. Insurance costs were also inconsistent, starting at $70 and somehow dropping to $40. The worst part: I overheard the staff giving the truck I had reserved to another customer, and I was handed a very old, noisy truck that sounded like a rusted lawn mowe... read more
Staff was not friendly at all. Grungy and unkempt. Felt like being a customer was an inconvenience to them. The entire place looks as if they just don’t care about anything. Would spend the time and money to go to a different location next time.
No truck available even if we booked for our move. Very desapointing.
