Alfredo was great. I'm not discounting the experience that others have had, but everything went smoothly for me. Yes I had to pay for insurance, but that is expected on a 1 way rental. The truck was brand new, 220 miles on it.
I rented a truck from this Budget Truck Rental office and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The pickup process was quick and straightforward, with no hidden fees or surprises. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ran perfectly. Pricing was fair and competitive, and the terms were clear and transparent. If you need a reliable truck for a move or work, I highly recommend this location. I would definitely rent from them again.
Bad Service
Worst service ever for any car rental company. Not a single car has been cleaned up by them after people return it and they hand over the same condition car to the next customer. Upon asking, they behave rudely and does not provide proper service
I rented a car from budget when I came to pick it up they were trying to sell me a tank fill. But budgets scam is they charge you for a full tank of gas even if it half full DON’T GET SCAMMED!!! Also there was lots of rubbish all over the car!!
