Customer service very top-tier. Everyone was helpful. I’ve been to most of the budget rental locations Las Vegas. Hands down this the best spot
Iv Rented at this location multiple times it’s been quick and easy each time. No long wait at all. Also Christian is the most helpful and super quick with checking your car in and out gor inspection and he has really great customer service.
This place ruined our weekend plans. They rented me a car that is leaking exhaust fumes into the cabin of the vehicle and it makes my wife and I very dizzy and sick. We also have a 3 year old and we cannot have him in this dangerous car. They will not answer the phone to do a rental exchange.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION OR ANY BUDGET. THEY DON’T GUARANTEE THEY HAVE A CAR EVEN IF YOU PRE-PAY. STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. THEY REALLY DONT CARE.
