They are supposed to be open 24 hours… it’s not even 11pm and they are closed.. absolutely ridiculous. Skip Budget and go for Hertz, Avis etc
Switched out my car with a cheaper one but did not tell me. They also kept the higher price when I was checking in. When checking in they also added a 33$/day loss damage waiver.
This place is the worst. I waited 1 hour to get a car. STAY AWAY.
I got great service from Geneva at this Budget location.
