Don't commit the same mistake in renting from this location. My dad went to go pick up a reservation and he said service was very poor. He stated no one was attentive at the time of pick up and said the guy in charge was instead talking on the phone with his significant other. To make matters worse, the car reeked and was very dirty with debris, sunflower seeds and food wrappers. Worst experience ever! Fastbreak member and they had nothing cars! Ready to go! Totally unprofessional and incompetent employees. Gave me the total runaround!
Impossible to find your vehicle. Long lines. Not recommended. Use another rental agency. Just to the left is a place with no lines no waiting. I believe it was Ace rentals.
