It would be negative 5 stars if possible! Company rental with everything prepaid/prebooked and it still took me 2 hours to get a vehicle. 3 agents with who knows how many sitting in the back. 40 people in line when I show up. Finally get a vehicle, not small like I wanted, only to get to the first red light and have all dash lights come on about Collison report/manufacture catalog. Someone had a cat in the car. They didn't clean the car out. Horrible Horrible Horrible. They had no more cars

Bad experience. Line is long- fine that is out of their control and reasonable but what's not reasonable is if this is your job and you rent out cars all day wouldn't it be the responsibility of the folks here to tell you what to do with the car afterwards especially if drop off is not at the same place as pick up is? Made us wait in line for 20 min with no additional signs or help and then when we finally got to the front of the line was told no you go somewhere else to drop it off.
