Jake was terrific, very competent, as always
Good customer service, easy to pick up at Aspen Airport. If your car needs service or trading due to mechanical situation the service to tow and replace auto was excellent. I always rent from Budget when we come to Aspen after many times renting this time the cars starter button malfunctioned & needed to be towed, they replaced the car. The service was excellent even though it was caused a little inconvenience. Sometimes things happen!
Inconvenient, they never answer their phone
Unacceptable experience. This is the most incompetent and unprofessional car rental company I have ever dealt with. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have never seen such poor customer service and incompetence in my life. They hire people to represent them who just wash their hands because they can't solve a single problem. Twice now, they have failed to provide a reserved and pre-paid vehicle. First, they closed earlier than their posted hours, leaving me stranded and ruining my travel plans and work schedule.
