Terrible organization in general and especially bad office at the airport. They tried to sneak a charge onto my account claiming I had frequent flyer partnership set up on my account when I did not and they could not prove that I did. Then they told me they couldn't remove it and sent me to a manager who pretended like the previous person I had talked to. Never charged me what the printout they gave me said they charged me. Fast Break in nothing short of fantastic. No lines. Just go to your rental, load up and drive away. Show your license on the way out.
UPDATE: After reaching out to Budget again after their response to my review they offered a fair adjustment and a positive resolution to my issues. Thank you for taking care of everything. We asked for a Ford Mach E and were told none were available. The first vehicle we were given, a Tesla Y, was extremely dirty with paw prints all over the back seat and dog poop on the driver's seat!
