Customer service was TERRIBLE. The representative at the counter (unfortunately we did not get his name but he was an elderly Indian man) was rude and snippy. We had booked a midsize SUV, but he gave us a compact one instead. When we pointed it out he said "then book through Google". He also said some unprofessional words and rolled his eyes multiple times when we just wanted to ask some clarifying questions. Great service in and out car clean reliable
They don’t check their cars carefully before they rent to other customers. Damaged window at the fringe of the front window that wasn’t noticeable and they tried blaming me because it grew while I was traveling. If i could give zero stars I would.
Easy check in and out. However, Waited too long at the queue. The car was below the expectations. They also charge twice the price of gasoline.
Everything was Amazing‼️🎉🎊🎈💣💥from the Front desk clerk to leaving.. Job well done guys..👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
