Great experience with Budget! The entire rental process was incredibly easy, from picking up the car to dropping it off. Everything was straightforward, convenient, and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport after returning the car. It made getting to my flight so much easier, and our driver was friendly… Thank you for making both the beginning and end of the rental experience so easy. I would definitely rent from Budget again!

How can they be this bad and still in business? They are the only ones that make you wait on a loooong slow line. Everyone else has you just pick a car and get out. Why are they still living in the 90s?

Zero stars if I could. I've rented from this place quite a few times. I will say I'm done with them. Cars are always dirty. No vacuuming is ever done. Seats are stained. One if the cars smelled marijuana. The other had dog hairs. These workers are lazy and don't do their job. They place unauthorized charges on your bill. Thieves galore. I am disgusted and will never recommend to anyone. Everyone should boycott budget the thieves.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I used my vehicle for under 24 hours. I returned it and the attendant did not mention anything regarding the car being excessively dirty. I looked at the car before leaving as well and ensured I did not leave any thrash behind. Budget then decides to charge me $250 excessive cleaning fee. I am currently reaching out to resolve this error. Will update this once I hear back.
