Joke of a car rental place. First off, we waited in line for 20 minutes for the guy working the desk to acknowledge us. Secondly, the first car we were assigned smelled like someone smoked weed in it continuously for a week. We went and asked for a new car which was granted. I booked a car for a week and they gave me a crappy car. It is smelling of gas and I can barely drive it. Their customer service just doesn't pickup the phone. The car was dirty and not washed either. Just do yourself a favor, pay a little bit more and avoid the hassle.

Showed up with a confirmed reservation made directly on Budget’s website and was told they don’t honor it and had no cars available. At the same time, Budget’s site (and phone support) happily let me make new reservations for this location. When I pointed out the contradiction, support had no answer. This was the last time I use Budget.
