The line at SJC Budget was over 1 hr long. No lines at any other carrier. Car was great. Return simple.
A 33 minute wait in LONG line to get to staff. At least 15 in line with 2 employees. Our representative was difficult to understand and had problems working her computer station. Back to Hertz for sure!! Choose wisely!
