Had no issues with the car, the employee that helped us out was very rude. It seemed like it was a burden on him for us to come pick up our car that we rented. Won't be renting from this place again.
Wish I could rate this 0 stars and still comment. … BUT DONT GET A VEHICLE THROUGH THEM!! We were supposed to pick up our vehicle that I paid 2 days ago to reserve. Called up there to see if I could get it an hour early and she was like “uhhhh we don’t have a vehicle here for you” okay so our trip is today and we can’t get a car that I already paid for?? “No you can’t. I had 2 reservations for about 4 months for some Ford Transit vans. About 2 or 3 days before leaving for our vacation, I received a text that the vans were on recall. Then I was told they had 1 express van, the ones most churches use, of which was not acceptable. The biggest problem is that I really believe they knew well before I received the text that the Ford vans were on recall. I made reservations to use this company to take a trip I was going to be gone 10 days. Everything was planned laid out. Everything was great. I get online to pay for it.
