I've been renting from Budget for decades now. I will never rent from anyone else. I usually use a debit card, and they always immediately put my deposit back. If anything ever goes wrong, they are right there to fix it. And they never do a high pressure sales job about their insurance. I'll never rent anywhere else! This is been the story in all the big and small cities I've lived in over the years.

Budget is crap! They don't tell you you can't use debit cards and once they take your money from credit card you have to pay additional fees.. so if you cancel they tell you 10 business days for a refund and when you call on the 11th day they tell you it was processed on the 10th day so now you have to wait another 10 days to reach your bank.....horrible business!
