Very incredible and fast renting experience so far, shoot out to Martha , Second time renting from here, no issues! Front desk Martha is very polite and fast. Will not hesitate to rent from here again
Customer service is terrible and the car wasn't washed or cleaned when we picked it up. Customer service rep got irritated when I asked for a breakdown of the hold charges they were putting on my credit card. Car was super dirty and the check engine indicator was on. I was just praying to car wouldn't breakdown during my trip.
Second time renting from here, no issues! Front desk Martha is very polite and fast. Will not hesitate to rent from here again
