I reserved a “Standard Elite Electric, Kia EV6 or similar” with Budget and specifically called a week in advance to confirm that electric vehicles would be available at this location for my rental dates. I was told they would be. When I arrived to pick up the car, there were no electric vehicles available at all. Instead, I was offered a Toyota RAV4 and told there were no other cars available. Very incredible and fast renting experience so far, shoot out to Martha , Second time renting from here, no issues! Front desk Martha is very polite and fast. Will not hesitate to rent from here again
Customer service is terrible and the car wasn't washed or cleaned when we picked it up. Customer service rep got irritated when I asked for a breakdown of the hold charges they were putting on my credit card. Car was super dirty and the check engine indicator was on. I was just praying to car wouldn't breakdown during my trip.
Second time renting from here, no issues! Front desk Martha is very polite and fast. Will not hesitate to rent from here again
BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible service from start to finish. Checkout lady doesn't explain car functions or the terms on the rental contract. Plus, they've kept my deposit of $131 after returning the car full of gas with no blemishes.
