Reservations are not honored as booked online in this location. They do not keep inventory in alignment with reservations booked and are not able to assist with shifting to another location with inventory according to your needs/reservation.
Customer service representative Martha was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Budget gave us the best rate and the best car for our situation. When other establishments wouldn't, Budget went the extra mile for us and we are grateful! Will definitely be back.
