Was denied service because my Visa credit card wasn't through a bank that the receptionist deemed acceptable. Yes, it was a Visa credit card, yes, I was denied during pickup without any notice or warning about Visa credit card restrictions. This restriction is no where on their website, nor is it anywhere on any of the apps used to setup the rental. I have never had issues using this same card at any other car rental service. Arrived at Eugene airport in Oregon at 11:30pm they did not have the car i rented ,they gave us a smaller dodge duster ,it was dirty, iside dog hair, and paw print s in back seat area, there was a dent in the door and cracked tail light and other problems. They did nother to change the problem s.but still charge us the SUV rate. We rented a car was quoted $400 go to pick up the vehicle my charge was over $700 and no deposit was given back, they charged us for gas even though we filled up the tank and they stated sorry about the inconvenience but because you changed something after the original agreement they charged me an additional fee is too of the insurance, it was a horrible experience.
