We rented a car was quoted $400 go to pick up the vehicle my charge was over $700 and no deposit was given back, they charged us for gas even though we filled up the tank and they stated sorry about the inconvenience but because you changed something after the original agreement they charged me an additional fee is too of the insurance, it was a horrible experience. Insurance plan with roadside assistance means to assist the client with issues, something this store doesn't do apparently? Susan or Monte care to comment? The recent reviews of this store tell a story. old reviews tell a story. Might be a corporate policy issue. Poor customer service 😢
This is one of the worst car rental companies I've ever dealt with. They haven't returned my deposit and haven't even considered doing so. I will never use their services again.
I went to the location on ninth Street in Corvallis and Cheree helped me she was amazing everything I needed she did she helped me from beginning to end. I had to be at work at 10:30. She helped me get my car and be able to work next-door all at the same time she just accommodated me so wonderfully and then the drop-off was even more amazing.
