This owner is very dishonest. I booked a vehicle rental through Priceline in which I was to be charged $66.29 and pick the vehicle up from Budget Car Rental in Emmaus, PA. I just reviewed my credit card statement and discovered that Budget charged me $172.06 for the rental car! They never gave me any invoice displaying any additional charges! I did purchase collision protection from them for $33, but $66.29 plus $33 does not equal $172.06! Beware when booking a vehicle rental through Priceline with a pick up from this Budget... read more
Lisa was absolutely amazing to work with, got me the best deal and made sure my rental was ready to go for me. I was in and out fast.
We’ve been renting cars from them since a very long time and have always been more than satisfied by their service. They respond quickly, always have the best solutions to meet all our needs and have tried their best and fulfilled our last minute requirements. They are conveniently located too. We’ll definitely be turning to them whenever we need to rent a vehicle!
