Customer Service was excellent and all of our rental needs were taken care of and ready to go Also Budget was the least expensive and best value best price out of 3 other Major Rental car companies we called I would Definitely rent from Budget in Willow Grove again!

You can't beat Budget's rates, and the cars drive great. Never had any problems renting with them and I always am in a rental car for work.

Not going here again! The amount refunded was less than what I thought I would get back considering the car was returned early.
(DON'T RENT) A CAR FROM Budget RENT A CAR 😡😡😡...They will totally (MESS)!!!!!!. You up. Stay away from the New manager he didn't know what he doing. Go across the street to Enterprise car rental it's a BETTER companies and BETTER SERVICE.
