Great people. Car selection perfectly comparable to the competition. The shuttle service to and from the rental location and airport, however, appears to have been designed by a committee of circus interns.
Amazing service clean vehicle easy in and out.
Went there with reservation. Then they said I did the drop off location wrong and the amount a day was supposed to be 64. I only needed it for 28 hours so OK if they wanted to add two days that’s fine however it ended up being $199 per day and then their fees that they can’t explain and ended up costing me $689 just to get from Springfield, airport to Kansas City airport by car.
