The staff at thr counter was very quick to help us and knows what she is doing! A great experience compared to previous rental experiences!
Budget confirmed my reservation for a rental car but when I arrived in Fairbanks they told me they had no cars available. Customer service was not helpful other than “sorry this happens sometimes.”
My fiance came here on short notice. We're OTR and our semi needed to be put in the shop. We don't have local ID's and we were able to rent a car. Upon arriving he was greeted with respect and patience Carly was the only worker as it was a Sunday. Not only does she have to do the paperwork she's also responsible for cleaning the rentals to make sure they are ready for customers. Just a heads up for future customers show respect and patience to the workers. Carly you're amazing keep up the great work.
Awful cars and the service from this guy is terrible. Watch out because he will try to rent it with all the extras. Low variety of cars too.
