I'd give 0 stars if I could. I prepaid for a specific type of automobile for a road trip. When I showed up, nothing in that range was available, so I was told that a refund would be initiated by the associate. 2 weeks later, the refund has not arrived. I called customer service and they told me that the reservation was never canceled and the refund was never initiated. Do not prepay here. They seem to have a hard told holding the reservation, then won't lift a finger to make things right.

I want everyone to know that when they see if your eligible to rent a car make sure you have 650 credit score or you will be denied also make sure you have a credit card with at least 500 on their because if your denied with your debt card you will be asked to use a credit card . I had to wait for someone to go to my house and get a credit card for me . So just be aware of this i haven't driven the car yet I will soon and I will update my review *update * I didn't end up using their car a week later I was looking at my bank ... read more

Carly was so great! My husband rented the car online and so I didn’t see the hours of operation and then my husband was hospitalized. I was late getting a ride to get the car on Sunday and Carly actually waited for me to get there. Who does that? Wish I could give her 50 stars!! Thank you Carly!

These women at the counter are absolutely fabulous! ; ) They do not judge you! ; ) They were excellent picking up my rental and just as great dropping it off. ; ) Enterprise car rental could learn great customer service from Budget Car Rental, especially the little boys at Enterprise on front st NE, Salem, Oregon, but they are boys unwilling to learn or treat others with respect! Thanks for a great Service! ; )
