Rented a VW Atlas 2025. Pick up went smooth. Wasn't going to make my drop off they worked with me and didn't charge for a late arrival. I recommend Budget for your next car rental which mine was done online.
I wish I could give them 0 stars! The cars are not fully clean. But what’s worst is the service. The girls that work there are always late and visible hangover. But today was the worse. She was more than 30 min late, and on top of that , they were no clean cars available, and I had to wait for one to be clean. I always rented cars for business. But today they had delayed my trip. By an hour
The staff at thr counter was very quick to help us and knows what she is doing! A great experience compared to previous rental experiences!
Budget confirmed my reservation for a rental car but when I arrived in Fairbanks they told me they had no cars available. Customer service was not helpful other than “sorry this happens sometimes.”
