I bought a car here a few weeks ago and I am so happy they were recommended to me. Dan was so helpful and very honest. He very clear and honest on my options and their prices. I needed to go back the next day to drop the old car manual off and ask about something on the new car. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to and it did not feel right, but when I walked in the Budget rental shop it was so welcoming. I will definitely go bad here in the future.
The only place I’ll rent from. Cars are always clean and well taken care of. Staff is courteous. Never an issue.
I was overcharged the fuel fee. But customer service above and beyond and informed me they had taken care of my concern and refunded the fee to my account. Great guest service.
Dan was awesome in helping us get our new vehicle! I I called multiple other dealers about a trade in, and they weren't willing to help, but Dan made the process simple and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dan and we're happy with our vehicle!
Before I even left the lot after returning the vehicle, I got an email charging $40 more than the rental agreement. I called and they said they charged for fuel, despite not checking the car yet. I filled the tank half a mile from the airport. If you rent here check their automatic fuel fee! $40 was refunded.
