If I could give 0 stars I would but Im being forced to give 1. I made a reservation, you took my money, and then gave my car away to someone else because I didn't arrive at exactly noon. You didn't call to see if I was still coming, you just gave the car to someone else even though you took money for it. Now, you cant guarantee a car today or tomorrow and Im trying to go to a funeral. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. IF YOU TAKE MY MONEY THE CAR IS MINE. DO NOT USE BUDGET.
Getting the car took longer than my flight. The car I received was not the one I booked. Instead I received a high clearance sports truck that was too high for my wife’s grandma to get in. I will not use budget again and if you’re flying into Huntsville Alabama avoid this company at all costs.
As you’ll see over and over in these reviews, this location is completely unable to reliably check your car in. You can put your keys in a staff member’s hand and the records won’t indicate it was turned in until days later after fees and penalties have been applied. Getting those fees removed (or getting any answers at all) is made extremely difficult by the fact that it’s impossible to speak to a local staff member. What good is a reservation when they rent it out from you. I cant help that my flight was delayed nor do i get to pick my time, its based on the flight time on the day of booking. If I book the rental with my flight they should be able to see who is and is not picking up due to a delay. Ridiculous. Ill update this if I have anymore issues.
I just called Budget because I never received a final receipt for my rental. The rep that I just spoke with told me the rental is showing that it has not been turned in…. Mind you I have proof!! On top of that no one has called/ or emailed me to inform me this information, I just had to find out myself!!! This is BS! And something I don’t take lightly!!! Someone needs to call me asap!!!
