The absolute worst trying to call the front desk. I dropped my car off the guy at the front desk said he was going to call me the next morning because he couldn’t find my reservation to close out, and now I’m being charged my full amount plus my deposit but more. Someone call me back!
They were to cheap to man their own desk, picked up a dirty car an hour late and dropped off a clean car 3 hours early, desk still unmanned during normal business hours and the charged me for an extra days rental. Total rip off and refuse to refund the unauthorized charge. Budget lost a customer for life, Wish I could give NO Stars to these thieves. Beware, use any other car rental service, you have been warned.
Would give 0 stars, but not an option. Was lied to about deposit amount, and instead was charged double. Can't contact this budget directly to speak with the manager, and I should be able to. Dont ever go with budget!!! UPDATE>>> I keep getting the stiff arm from this company to actually investigate this issue. Time to file a BBB complaint, and get a hold of consumer protection agency. This is ridiculous!

This is possibly one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any business. I made a reservation, filled out the precheck, gave them my card. Did everything that I was told to. I had a late flight, landed around 11:15 pm. Showed up to the desk and nobody was there. Asked the nearby airport workers and they couldn't find the rental agent either.
