Can’t reach them on the phone. Their offshore customer service reps won’t transfer me to them. Their car they gave us is about to break down. Nightmare
Reserved a car a month in advanced. Called to confirm that they had a rental several hours in advanced. Went to go pick up the car and told they didnt have anything available.
Booked 2 months in advance, called and confirmed rental 5days ahead of pickup. Day of the email to say it would be late, and then they CLOSED for the day. They never called to say it wasn’t coming, and we never received an apology for the inconvenience.
Didn't have our minivan but upgraded to a nice SUV
This location is not dependable. My family was lied to and treated less than. I reserved a specific type of vehicle for specific purposes and I was assured that I would be accommodated. 2 hours after the pick up should have taken place here we are still without any transportation. The service man Rick was hostile , combative and not at all accountable nor did he put forth any effort in this situation.
