When we arrived for our 1 pm rental, there was a CLOSED sign on the door stating that the employee was busy cleaning cars & would be back at 1:30. There was a number to call if you needed help sooner. I called it & he answered right away, was back in less than 5 mins, very friendly & professional. I was on my way in less than 10 mins. Overall it was a very pleasant experience & I would definitely rent from here again. 🙂

Was a little worried after reading the reviews, but we had no issues. It’s was much cheaper to rent from here than the airport. The lady working was very friendly, and it was a quick and easy process. They had the car we reserved, and we were in and out in no time. Only slight downfall was the car wasn’t cleaned all that well. The outside was dirty (mostly the front from the bugs while driving), as well as the inside. Incredibly rude Benji has now called and refused our paid for reservation two separate times over the last month, citing no cars on the lot despite having a sister location at the airport. Then they also refuse to actually cancel or refund the money paid, they just direct you to call a 1800 number where you must jump through hoops to cancel your own reservation without bring charged as though it's your fault.

Got stranded in grand junction, following a flat tire on the I 70. Nobody was helpful except the mechanics. Budget itself was a nightmare and their customer service hotline was even worse. Please try and find other rental car agencies if you can. I would never recommend them to anyone.
