I have tried booking this reservation 3 times on line unsuccessfully as your company did not respond. I just got off the phone with a nice lady who made my reservation and I prepaid like I was trying to do on line and again the price increased by 12.00 dollars. Same as on line.

I highly don’t recommend I had to cancel a reservation over 2weeks ago I’ve been told by three different people I should get my refund on certain days and here it’s the 10th day I call as to why I don’t have my refund still and now there stating that I didn’t request my refund and now I can’t get anyone from management to get ahold of me soi can just simply get my money back this place is ridiculous and I’ll never use them again

Called me at 430 pm the day before my reservation for the next day at 930 am to tell me they do not have my car available. No time to plan for different option or shop around. The gentleman that called had no answers or options no accountability his answer was to just call customer service. There is no way this is how running a business should function let alone to give someone time to find different options. I was charged an additional 33.00 after I dropped off my car. Also i have been waiting a month for my refund of my deposit from this store. No one has been willing to help with this issue and just keep telling me to wait. I will never rent from this store or budget again after this experience.

Not sure how this place has such low reviews ? They were awesome..special shout out to Riley and Lindsey ..they answered all my questions..were very knowledgeable and friendly, and just a overall great experience renting from them.
