I was charged an additional 33.00 after I dropped off my car. Also i have been waiting a month for my refund of my deposit from this store. No one has been willing to help with this issue and just keep telling me to wait. I will never rent from this store or budget again after this experience.
Not sure how this place has such low reviews ? They were awesome..special shout out to Riley and Lindsey ..they answered all my questions..were very knowledgeable and friendly, and just a overall great experience renting from them.

Our car we rented died, then the check engine light came on. Budget wanted my husband to drive six hours one way with the faulty vehicle to get a replacement. When he refused they said there was nothing they could do.
