Had an issue with car picked up at rancho Bernardo location. Dropped into this location and Joe was quick to help swap out the car. Appreciate the fast response, the detail in checking out again, and running out to grab the car from their storage. Thanks Joe!

Younger gentlemen I believe named Adam, upcharged me for refueling while I returned the car full a day early. Unhelpful fixing this mistake and telling me I get a callback but I hear nothing. (Just call customer service…?) Please fix the training so Adam is up to speed and can fix issues like this. I wasted half a day and now have to go through credit card disputes with my bank to rectify this. Were all humans but at least try to fix it…
