Joe saved our entire vacation! He is the absolute best. I called him after arriving to La Jolla when the airport Budget rental gave me a tiny two door vehicle. My family and I tried to make that work, but my son is an athlete and my husband is tall as well. With the three of us, we could barely fit, let alone our luggage. Also, forget about purchasing any groceries. We called La Jolla Budget rental and Joe took care amazing care of us. He switched out our car and was so professional. 10/10 recommend.
Had an issue with car picked up at rancho Bernardo location. Dropped into this location and Joe was quick to help swap out the car. Appreciate the fast response, the detail in checking out again, and running out to grab the car from their storage. Thanks Joe!
