I booked a Standard SUV and Chris gave me an intermediate SUV without reduced the cost and firmed saying in a way of bullying me "that was exact the type of vehicle I booked". For justice, I needed to rate and let customers know the horrible services from Budget, particularly from Chris.

Had problems with out rental and instead of helping by exchanging the vehcile they sent us to another location because apparently ALL the vehicles they had were having problems! And the parking lot was full of vehicles DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!
