So, I've rented cars all over the US and around the world so my expectation was a "normal" rental experience (about 1-2 stars). The nature of car rentals won't allow me to give a 5 star review. However, Richard made the experience a lot better than I expected. I will say, the smoothest, least stressful car rental experience. Thanks Richard and you deserve a 5 star, period! The price was right, the car was good and the service... Outstanding!
