Not a great place at all
Guy is awesome but this stupid company won't accept Chime
The place I always go to for rental cars and never had an issue. The employees are always helpful and nice.
I would give this zero stars if possible. Terrible experience, employees are apathetic and behave ridiculously for a professional business. The passenger van that we rented was disgustingly dirty and smelled bad. Thankfully there is another wonderful Budget franchise in Garland. I would recommend that one 100% - all the reviews are accurate- this is the worst rental car location I have ever dealt with!
