Johnny at the Beverly Hills location is the best customer service rep that I have ever had. I am surprised he's not manager yet. He's a lovely person.
Never again. They couldn't get four excellent standing credit cards to go through. When we finally got the cargo van , it was full of dents, graffiti, back door doesn't close properly and filthy even with bird feces all over it. Never renting from this place ever again!!!
Don’t go here my grandmother just got a car here and they charged here the 200 deposit plus she got a suspicious notice on her card and it says that her card is getting charged in Virginia at another budget car place so now she’s has to file a dispute, and a complaint at this location
