Had a great experience, had to extend my rental and that was simple. The car was better than what I rented and wasn’t over charged for it.
Sam was amazing
From their policies to their customer service they complicate things and are rude. The person who pays for the booking HAS to be the one who drives. The card that pays and the drivers license has to match. Which completely messed up my plans. To fix it I ended up just giving in to being the one driving since I paid for it. So I called their customer service for help in figuring out how to change the name of the driver to me instead of the person I'd listed. They said I had to change it in the account myself. DL is the jam. I’ve rented cars several times and this has been the best experience I’ve had. Would recommend
This place does not have your car but instead tries to get you to pay more for a midsize or bigger car, and if you don't, you are out of luck. The guy-Mahi is rude and will ask you to leave, unprofessional and bad business. I would not recommend this place, seek somewhere else that will help you. I would give a ZERO if I could.
