Not happy that they advertise that you can pick up at 8am but did not have my car until 10am. But made a comeback which saved the day by upgrading me to a nice vechicle and l was out of there by 830. Even though the nice gentle agent was running the whole show by himself it was very clear that he really should have another agent working. Hope they give him a bonus or something. Just my thoughts.
Service workers were nice, business ran poorly. Came to return the truck and the gates were locked and my personal car was locked in, couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Had to come back the next day, putting an extra 70 miles on the truck that I had to pay for. The next day there were two couples waiting for vehicles they reserved but were not on location. Excellent. Thanks to the front desk staff for making the car rental experience easy. We rented from Budget 2x within in a month period as we had to travel out of state. We got the vehicles we requested both times and the rates were competitive. We will def use again in the future
