Von is absolutely amazing! Friendly, efficient & can handle numerous customers & calls at the same time. Original review: The staff here is absolutely amazing! They are always working so hard and still remain friendly and personable. The check in and check out process is quick and efficient! The cars have been clean & I haven't had any issues. I'm glad I gave them a try!

I prepaid for a rental car from Budget. When I returned the vehicle early, I was told by phone and in person I would get a refund even though I had prepaid. I was then given a phone number to call to get the refund. When I called to get the refund, I was told I would not get a refund because it was prepaid. When I called the rental location to find out why I was told I would get a refund, all they would tell me is that I would not get a refund with no explanation.

Online reservation was okay. Called location local number the day before to confirm reservation and phone at the location was not working. I called National/Corporate number to get help and that was not helpful at all. The fact that the corporate customer service can't/doesn't communicate with local locations is absurd and not helpful. Then reached out via Facebook messenger and "Izzy" on FB was quick to answer but did not fully read my messages and wasn't helpful in addressing my issue with contacting the local location.
