Car wasn’t ready. Had to wait for 20 min for them to clean the car. On top of that, they didn’t bring the car around. I had to pickup from the dirty area. I don’t recommend this place
I specfically want to shout out POLLY! She was an angel. Sweet, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.
Easy checkout, they had the reservation and key ready. No upcharge or hidden fees. Didn't get the car I reserved but it was still within the same class of cars and that was great
Not happy that they advertise that you can pick up at 8am but did not have my car until 10am. But made a comeback which saved the day by upgrading me to a nice vechicle and l was out of there by 830. Even though the nice gentle agent was running the whole show by himself it was very clear that he really should have another agent working. Hope they give him a bonus or something. Just my thoughts.
