Made reservation then when we got there ourself and others were unable to get a car . Instead of calling everyone like a professional business the guys tells us we don’t sell hotdogs we rent cars and we don’t have any there is nothing g we can do. Instead of helping us find another Vechicle though budget. If you are looking to rent a car I would recommend going somewhere else.
An awful experience. The office was dirty and had a strong odor. I reserved an SUV (RAV4) but was given a Camry. The most disappointing part was a staff member named Dean. She was on the phone upon my arrival, and her tone was unpleasant. It seemed she was having a tough call; so I tried to be courteous, but it didn’t help. Very rude Arab man, average height, with reading glasses. Was yelling at me cos according to him he's had a long day. All this in front of my kids. Told me to write the biggest report I can to management. Then returned my license and refused to serve me. This tells me he has gotten away with poor customer service for a while now and management can't do nothing- I wonder if the company ever addresses customer service issues. Good luck with such nasty behavior, is all I can say.
This rental situation has been an absolute nightmare. The owners charged our card, even seeing that the EIGHT HUNDRED dollar charge had gone through our card. They just kept insisting the card was declined. The owners kept leaving the whole situation and leaving a young girl to take the brunt of all of this.
