TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! The young lady who works there is so rude and unprofessional. The Budget branch took my money, issued a confirmation, and then told me that they had no cars. The branch offered no solution and kept my money. The representative then invited me to come to her place of employment to obtain her name and refused to tell me who she was because I wanted to report her and the incident to the Budget corporate office. This rental car company is ridiculous. They tried to charge my credit car for a rental car that I returned the next day for additional days!! Luckily my credit card company flagged the first erroneous charge and declined it. I received an e-receipt with the wrong drop off time and I called the 800 number and then called the location. Highly recommend them! Absolutely fabulous. I needed a rental car and they went above and beyond to help me with my situation. They have earned all my rental car business now and in the future. Five stars across the board. Exceptional customer service and experience! I am now referring them to all my friends co workers and family!! Thank you!!
I would steer clear of this rental agency, no matter what you do! They aren’t a car rental agency, they have ZERO cars for rent. Isn’t that the purpose of a car rental place? Lol! This is the second time that I’ve tried to use them and the day that we are picking up the car, I show up and they have no cars available. On 11/24/2025, I checked the available vehicles online and visited the location the same day. The front-desk staff member made no real effort, he simply moved the computer mouse around and said, “We don’t have vehicles.” When I mentioned that the website showed availability, he responded carelessly, as if customer service did not matter. He appears to need proper training or reassignment, as he showed little knowledge of the business.
