Manager rude, did not receive the car that I reserved, the car was dirty, facility was filthy. Worst car rental experience I ever had.

Rented a van for a road trip. I could tell that the staff were really busy for spring break weekend. Despite that, they were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I received what I asked for. Would 100% recommend
Overall it was an okay experience. Had some issues with extending a rental and then issues with getting the rental payment split (business/personal) that I was assured would not be an issue turns out it was. I would use them again but wouldn't be my first choice.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! The young lady who works there is so rude and unprofessional. The Budget branch took my money, issued a confirmation, and then told me that they had no cars. The branch offered no solution and kept my money. The representative then invited me to come to her place of employment to obtain her name and refused to tell me who she was because I wanted to report her and the incident to the Budget corporate office.
