Got a good deal through price line with their express deal. When we arrived, our car was not there , because someone was late returning...but Maddie ( she's great!!) at the counter was very helpful. We were able to go back and get our car within the hour. Definitely, check air pressures in your tires, because we've had issues with either too high psi (almost double) , or a very low pressure because of a nail in the tire. Otherwise , positive experience in the past few times we've rented.

If I could rate this Budget rental location 0/5 I would. I booked with them via Priceline. I was given a different vehicle than requested which is not the end of the world. However, not only was I given an unclean vehicle that smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. There was a cigarette burn in the seat that was blamed on me. You would think that when you rent from these companies you would receive a well-kept and clean vehicle but that is not the case. Left item in car. Budget website for lost items does NOT have option to select Peoria. Tried calling local office, but no one would pick up the phone. Went to corporate who told me to again use online lost and found or call local office. Finally got someone at local office after calling repeatedly - you could hear their lack of concern and frustration. Took down my number and no one ever called me back after 2 weeks. Clearly the item is someone's new property. Thanks, Budget!
