Made a reservation for a one day rental the location that I returned the vehicle was closed. I was told they will close out the account that Monday. I have been charged for a weekend rental and I have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks.

I will never return here. I had reserved a car and then upgraded to a van. I read all the fine print. I was supposed to pick it up at 4. I gets a call from I think his name was Ken asking for all kinds of stuff that I didn't have with me. I was like I didn't see any of that on the website. I was unable to pick our rental due to the company not recognizing my credit card for the deposit. I was told it was registering as a debit card. It’s an AMEX so clearly not a debit card. The lady was nice, but this is unacceptable. I would bring several credit cards and hope one works for you or take your business elsewhere.
