Showed up to pick up our rental car and no one was there…was told to sleep on airport floor. I recommend using hertz! Budget could care less.
Always very friendly. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted they called ahead and made sure i was good with the replacement they found. I really appreciated that.

Budget in Tupelo disappointed me this last time! Because this my 1st time having to pay for an upgrade i didn't ask for! And when I asked about it, I was told sometimes you have to pay for a upgrade that i didn't ask for, but he didn't explain to me what he meant about "SOMETIMES". And I've rented from other locations over 50 times..
Made a reservation for a one day rental the location that I returned the vehicle was closed. I was told they will close out the account that Monday. I have been charged for a weekend rental and I have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks.
