The people were helpful...But I had to wait two and a half hours for any car to be available even with a reservation. I blame their corporation.
The first one rented went to Chicago it broke down then I got another coming back and it had 64000 miles and navigaton didn't work and cruise control didn't work customer service barley speaks English also the first car had 43000 miles it was straight up nightmare while I was turning in the first car they gave me another but the car I turned in they rented it immediately to someone else 😩😩😩😩😩😩
Unbelievably bad rental location for Budget and Avis. They have no accomodation for FastBreak. On my last rental, person with car in garage wandered off in middle of her shift, taking a rental to go get food. My FastBreak rental took more than an hour in this tiny airport, and we ultimately got the vehicle used by the attendant, which still reeked of the food.
They don’t even answer the phone! Very unprofessional
