Initial impression of Budget were ahhh after having had a horrible experience with another rental car...can't even say establishment. That $hit was downright crappy . Anywhoo. Thanks be to Budget, I had a much better experience from start to finish. Thank you very much!
I arrived at the rental car area to be told they didnt have any cars. It took about an hour and 45mins before they had a vehicle for me. There were alot of people waiting on cars and sum had waited an extremely long time. Thankfully I was able to get mine. Next time I will probably just stick with National.
I reserved a vehicle with Avis/Budget in advance specifically to avoid the inconvenience of being a walk up renter. However, my experience upon arrival was incredibly frustrating. When I reached the desk, I provided my confirmation number, payment method, and identification. After the attendant consulted with a colleague, I was informed that the specific vehicle I had reserved was unavailable. I was traveling by myself with my two small children and several pieces of luggage. Bob offered to help by driving me up to arrivals so that I could get help unloading my luggage. He was patient even with a crying baby in the back. Overall so helpful and appreciative for the thoughtful customer service.
The male staff member was horribly rude and not professional. My mother rented a vehicle there on the 24th of July. The staff needs to be fired. The guy attendant kept trying to overcharge my mother even tho we already had a quote. He kept telling my mom to just place her debit card in the machine and then he will tell her the price.
