Smh my mom got off the plane for budget to be closed at 9:00/10:00 horrible service stuck in the airport all night till 7:30 …. Major inconvenience sign stated 11:30pm they are not supposed to leave until last plane arrives

The people were helpful...But I had to wait two and a half hours for any car to be available even with a reservation. I blame their corporation.
The first one rented went to Chicago it broke down then I got another coming back and it had 64000 miles and navigaton didn't work and cruise control didn't work customer service barley speaks English also the first car had 43000 miles it was straight up nightmare while I was turning in the first car they gave me another but the car I turned in they rented it immediately to someone else 😩😩😩😩😩😩
