Prepaid for a vehicle specifically a minivan. Went to pick it up and they don’t have it and don’t have anything to replace it. What’s the point of pre-paying for it then? In addition you can’t cancel or modify the reservation after the reservation time which was two minutes past so you have to call customer service to get a refund. They’re extremely busy, only have one person working. Can’t guarantee you the vehicle that you need and can’t do anything to help you.
