Reserved for Avis online with a debit card, arrived and "they only accept CREDIT cards" ...even offered a deposit and they kicked us out, told us GET OUT AND WE ARE BANNED FROM THE STORE.
We travel a lot, and this ended up being one of the best rental car experiences we’ve ever had. We needed to switch out our car, and Lucky made the whole process incredibly easy. He was quick, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us out. What started off stressful turned into a seamless experience because of him. Huge credit to Lucky and the team at Budget Car Rental for going above and beyond.
I rented a car 11/6 /25 yesturday, I told the customer service I was returning the vehicle on a one way trip to San Diego Miramar road just before the office was to close at 6 pm the following day . I asked specifically the dollar amount when I drop off the car in Miramar at 6 pm He said $130 , I said I can’t return it when they close at 6 pm they have to be open.
