I don’t know where to start The SUV car was not available they offered Toyota Corolla instead I asked for SUV the guy on the front desk want to charge me more as an upgrade he was very Rude after 30 minutes arguing I paid extra $30 to get that SUV I feel it’s a trap after you reserve car they tell you it’s not Available and you need to upgrade The worst please to rent a car from no wonder they have low rating
