Worst rental experience. Reserved a car a week in advance. Rude guy at counter seems annoyed that I was surprised they did not have any cars in yet. He got annoyed that I would not wait 2 hours for a car or take an electric truck as alternate.I prepaid so he told me cancel on website.Budget saying I was canceling after pickup time so they will keep all my money. Avis/Budget must only hire incompetent morons. We prepaid for a car rental. When we showed up they would not release the car to us. They told us to contact an 800 number and get a refund. They would not refund us online and at the rental counter they had to create a new reservation that was significantly more expensive. 0/10 recommend these liars and thieves. Never renting from them again.

The elderly couple that own this place provide kind customer service. I’m happy they had The suv vehicle I wanted for my trip. The only issue I had was when I returned the vehicle I was told I would be charged $135 more for an extra day rental which is fair but that charge didn’t happen until two months later. This place has been great to me. Sergio has been super helpful to me numerous times as I have extended my rental a few times with ease.
