VÉRIFIEZ CE QUE VOUS SIGNER AVANT DE PAYER ! Cette agence arnaque les clients : Ils m'ont ajouté sans rien dire au milieu d'une feuille au texte difficilement lisible deux options payantes non demandées ni expliquées entre celles incluses. J'ai clairement fait face à une honteuse arnaque de l'agence, que j'imagine doit être tentée à chaque client. Heureusement le comparateur par lequel j'ai réservé a réglé le problème. La voiture était bien cependant, pas d'autres soucis sinon j'aurais mis 0.

I was overcharged by an entire day because the staff apparently "forgot" to check in the vehicle on time. The location is disorganized, with no option for after-hours returns. The employees seemed disengaged and unprofessional. As a result, my car wasn't processed until the following day, leading to over $160 in extra charges (also charged me for fuel for my EV) as well and extra day of insurance. I recommend choosing a different rental location.

I was over charged by a full day because the dude working i guess "forgot" to enter it? I don't know but this place is a mess. No after hours returns. The people that work there seem stoned or not caring. They didn't return my car till the next day which caused me to get charged an extra day over $100 in charges. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

DON'T EVER RENT FROM #AVIS #BUDGET! I paid for my rental, and all the guy could say was, "Sorry, we have no cars." Called customer support, and all the agent could say was, "Sorry for the inconvenience." He looked, and the only place that had cars was 13 miles away from Portland.
